However, it is still assured and stated that Onpets shall not share any kind of information relating to the patient’s medical condition, treatment, diagnosis, test reports, prescriptions, or any other form of material records of the patient with any third party.

However, notwithstanding such assurances, the User understands and acknowledges that Onpets shall be entitled to share any such the information with the Onpets employees, Onpets Partners, Retail Stores, and other associates, agents, representatives, or attorneys with whom such sharing of information may become necessary in order to facilitate the provision of Services or sale of Products as per the requirement of the User.

Onpets do not have any liability for any loss in case the user is disclosing its information to a third party. We also shall not be liable to third parties or the user for any engagement of their own other than specifically mentioned business of us. We hold no liability in such a scenario. We shall protect the user’s information with commercially acceptable means and thereby we disclaim any kind of liability against us, and the User expressly agrees to the same.

16. EXPRESS AUTHORIZATION AND PERMIT BY USER

The User, by using or accessing or registering or otherwise browsing through the Website, hereby declares that he has completely read and understood the terms of this Privacy Policy, and as such, are entirely agreeable with the same. Onpets hereby assures that it shall, upon receiving such application and upon verifying with the User in such manner as it deem fit, delete the relevant information from its records, save and except what may be necessary to be retained under any applicable law or for the purposes of protecting or enforcing its rights and interests.

However, it is hereby clarified by Onpets, and the User understands, that on such withdrawal or deleting of information may have some interfering impact on the use of the Website by the User, and/or his transactions on the Website or availing of any of the Services or purchase of products through the Website by the User.

Subject to the provisions as afore-stated, the sensitive personal information regarding the User, as may have been collected and stored by Onpets for the purposes of its services, shall automatically be deleted by Onpets when the User deletes his User Account and cancels his registration. Notwithstanding anything stated above, Onpets shall be entitled to retain such information or data, including without limitation the User’s sensitive personal data, pets’ information, and other data, as may be required by applicable laws in force in India, or as may be deemed necessary for enforcement or protection of Onpets’ rights and interests. However, such data retained after deletion of User Account (if any) shall be deleted by Onpets from its records mandatorily after 2 (two) years from the date of deletion of such Account.
